What We Do

Methods and sending footage

Our method and treatment to bring your Video, Cinefilm and Audio from reception to final result.

Preparation of your footage

You can provide your footage (cinefilm, videotapes, photos and slides) with a number and if necessary, a short description. We will use these to name it on the digital medium (DVD, Blu-Ray, Hard disk or USB stick). We can also provide the files with the relevant number or description. Make sure your footage is in the appropriate packaging or holder and pack the footage material in a sturdy cardboard box before sending. Fill the empty spaces with a filler to prevent sliding and damage during transport. Seal the packaging tightly with packaging tape. Clearly indicate your address information on the outside of the package. Your footage material is now ready and securely packaged for shipment.

Sending your footage

It is best to bring your footage by yourself if you have the opportunity and the distance is not too great. The footage material is often a valuable asset and you are assured of a good reception. If you are coming to bring it yourself, make an appointment in advance by phone or email.

You can also send the footage by post. It is advisable to do this by registered mail. This is of course not an obligation, but gives you extra certainty about the progress of the shipment. If you send us a package, we will also charge extra for the return shipment when the footage material is ready.

If you need extra help to get the footage to us, please let us know. We may be able to assist you. If you live with us in the region, we can possibly arrange things to pick up and drop off in consultation.

It is always agreed upon delivery how the footage material will be returned

Treatment of your footage

When your footage material is received by us, it is booked and a workorder with order number will be created. The workorder number is always the reference of the project when converting and scanning your footage, by email or by telephone. The footage is then converted to the method and digital medium of your choice (DVD, Blu-ray, HDD or USB stick). Files can also optionally be offered for download when ready. Any additional copies will also be produced.

If TV recordings are included in addition to personal images, they will not be converted unless you have requested this.

Only the actual playing time will be charged to you (see our price rates).

When your footage is ready

When your footage is converted and ready you will receive an email or a telephone call from us. We can then immediately inform you of the costs and will arrange how to return the footage to you. Upon confirmation of payment, your images will be sent to you immediately. If you come to pick it up, you can of course also pay with cash.
